Personal data collected by Big-O that is sufficient to identify a user will only be processed and used internally by Big-O in accordance with the purposes of collection. Big-O uses Google Calendar API solely to provide user-requested appointment scheduling, calendar synchronization, and scheduling conflict prevention features.
When a user voluntarily connects their Google Account to our services through Google OAuth, we access Google Calendar data only to the extent necessary to provide these features. Depending on the functionality selected by the user, this may include creating, synchronizing, updating, or deleting calendar events associated with appointments and accessing calendar availability information necessary to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
Google Workspace API user data is not transferred to or processed by third-party AI/ML service providers, including providers used by other AI-related features of the Big-O platform. Our AI-related functionality operates separately from the Google Calendar integration and does not access or process Google Workspace API user data.
We do not use Google Workspace API user data to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve generalized or foundation AI/ML models.
Google user data may only be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Users may disconnect their Google Account from our service. When access is no longer required, applicable OAuth credentials and Google user data will be handled or deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable legal requirements.
Big-O's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you are unwilling to provide the relevant personal data required for services or transactions to Big-O, and to consent to Big-O's collection, processing, use, and international transfer of such personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy and related notices, Big-O will respect your decision. However, depending on the nature or conditions of the relevant services, you may be unable to use such services or complete related transactions, and Big-O reserves the right to decide whether to provide such services or complete such transactions.
