Tainan City Government has presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Big-O Information Intelligence Corp. (大鷗摩飛智能有限公司) in recognition of the company's support for the Greater South AI Smart Health Exhibition, held on June 12-13, 2026 (ROC year 115). The certificate, numbered 1150998397 and dated June 13, 2026, is signed by Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-che, and states that the company's support helped make the event a success.
1. What the certificate says
The Chinese text reads: “With sincere thanks to Big-O Information Intelligence Corp. for its strong support of the ‘Greater South AI Smart Health Exhibition’ held on June 12-13 of ROC year 115, which made the event rich and complete.” The English text on the same certificate reads: “This Certificate of Appreciation is hereby presented to Big-O Information Intelligence Corp. to express our sincere gratitude for supporting ‘Greater South AI Smart Health Exhibition’ held between June 12 to 13, 2026.”

2. What was on show was a loop, not six separate features
Big-O exhibited its full set of six product lines. The point was not to walk through features one by one, but to show how they connect into a single loop that a smaller organisation can actually afford to run:
- EcoGEO Audit — AI search visibility diagnostics, scoring 14 GEO signals against Google SGE, Perplexity and ChatGPT Search. This is where the loop starts: measure whether AI can find you at all.
- EcoGen AI — sustainable content generation covering social posts, blog articles, press releases and ESG reports, turning the gaps found in the diagnosis into content that is legible to both people and machines.
- EcoComm AI — an enablement commerce platform bringing brand site, storefront, orders, payment and logistics and membership into one place, with event and course registration available as add-on modules.
- EcoCare AI — conversational AI support that receives and routes inquiries arriving via the website, LINE and social channels.
- AI Co-Worker (DSCS digital employees) — four industry-specific digital employees for real-estate agencies, property management, creative IP and e-commerce owners, each built around that industry's workflow.
- Semi-custom modules — event registration, course registration, LINE group sign-up threads and long-term-care accreditation preparation, adapted on top of EcoComm to an organisation's existing process.
In health and care settings the last item is often the one needed first: accreditation preparation for long-term-care institutions, course and event registration for associations and clinics, collecting and reconciling sign-ups through LINE threads. These processes run every day, yet for years they have been held together by manual work, forms and message logs. The loop matters because once that part is digitised, the visibility, content and support layers in front of it finally have something to connect to — and the data produced there makes the next diagnosis sharper.
3. Why smart health: the founding team's medical informatics background
Big-O has consistently positioned AI as something smaller organizations should be able to afford, and healthcare is where that information gap is widest. Founder and CEO Elaine Chang (張筱可) is a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan University and holds an M.S. in Management Sciences from Tamkang University; she has co-published medical informatics research with senior physicians from the Emergency and Pharmacy departments of National Taiwan University Hospital in the European Journal of Biomedical Informatics.
Within the product line, EcoCare AI handles and routes inquiries that reach clinics and health organizations through their websites, LINE and social channels — the product closest to the care setting. The other lines are EcoGen AI (sustainable content and ESG reporting), EcoComm AI (sustainable commerce), EcoGEO Audit (AI search visibility diagnostics), AI Co-Worker and DSCS. Putting AI and healthcare in the same room is not a departure for this team; it is where its expertise began.
4. What smaller health providers usually lack is not AI — it is being findable
On September 11, 2026, Big-O ran its own AI-visibility check across eight baseline signals on seven clinic websites. Results: Schema.org structured data present on 57% (4/7); structured data being valid JSON, 57% (4/7); sitemap.xml reachable, 57% (4/7); llms.txt present, 71% (5/7). Meta description and robots.txt were present on 100%.
Seven sites is too small a sample to characterise an industry, but the direction is clear: most of these websites are readable by people yet lack the structured data that tells an AI what kind of organisation this is and what it offers. As patients increasingly ask assistants such as ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommended clinic nearby, providers without that layer are less likely to appear in the answer — a question of machine-readability, not of clinical quality.
That is the gap Big-O aims to close in the smart-health context: an organisation has to be findable before any AI service has someone to serve.
